I asked about what soy sauce they are using... normal soy sauce. The owner swears that everything is gluten free and that's what the company says to him that the sauce is gluten free, but there was no labeling of such to note that it was. I wouldn't trust it... I got my hopes up because of the last review. I would love to hear someone else's thoughts.

Little Chopsticks doesn’t have a gluten-free menu because it’s the only Chinese restaurant I know of where they don’t need one. Because every item on the menu except for the chow mein is gluten-free! I am so tired of other restaurants who take advantage of us, up charging for every little change even if it doesn’t cost them anything to make the change. We have ordered food from here a number of times. I, my daughter, and my granddaughter are all very gluten sensitive and we have never gotten sick from anything that we ate. The food is reasonably priced, always fresh and prepared very quickly. It’s not fancy food but it’s good food. The owners are very nice and accommodating plus, they actually live in the community.
