The waiter's knowledge of the menu and how each item was prepared gave me confidence in the food's safety. Their gluten free menu designates whether something does not contain gluten or is completely safe from cross contamination. They did not have flags, but all GF food came out announced gluten free by servers.
This was hands down the best meal I've had since removing gluten from my diet. Instead of modified menu items that were missing some of the chefs vision, the GF items were designed to be GF and had all the inventive creativity that any other menu would have. It felt like eating a meal off a super nice tasting menu from the "before time"
