Go here all the time! They are very knowledgeable about gluten and have Gf soy sauce if you ask for it. I recommend ordering the hot stone bowl gluten free (without sauce) and add in the gf soy sauce. Amazing.

I dined here and got the Hot and Spicy Chicken soup which the menu indicates has gluten free noodles. The soup was great and real filling for the portion and I don’t believe I had any issues from the soup. I also got the sashimi roll. Be aware that although the rolls do not indicate on the menu that they are drizzled in sauce, in this case, the roll came out topped with soy sauce. The server was very nice and allowed me to send it back for another roll. I believe I had a reaction to the roll which was my fault because I used the same pair of chopsticks to touch the soy sauce roll as I did the soy sauce free roll. The roll was ok but definitely was missing something without any sauce. If you go here I would stick to hot dishes such as the hot bowl or the japache noodle bowl (on both I am not sure if the sauces are gf).

Called restaurant, sushi rice is gf (made with vinegar and sugar). Fake crab is NOT gf, but fresh fish rolls without sauce are GF
