Review of Little Moir's Food Shack

When I got there the one server said her sister had celiacs and she recommended me a few dishes. Very helpful and accommodating and so was our main server. You could tell she knew all about gf. When my food came out (had a seafood sweet and spicy bowl) there was a sauce covering most of the dish. I ate a piece of shrimp and after I did I saw I exposed a noodle. The cook brought the meal and I said is this a noodle and he said yes. I said I have celiac and this is supposed to be gf. The menu didn't even say that it included pasta, just rice. The manager came over and apologized, he said the server did everything right, the cook was being careless. My meal was not charged and they gave us a $50 gift card. That was nice to do, but unfortunately didn't excuse someone being "careless" at the cost of someone's health. Sometimes people don't understand that one little bite can do a lot of damage.
