They do offer a gf rice-based pasta, however I would not say that it is celiac friendly. We were the first people there so my experience may have been a little different. I asked if the gf pasta was cooked in the same water as regular pasta and he said yes because they only had one pot. He was able to cook my pasta before any other pasta had been cooked that day, but I don't know if this would be possible during the middle of the day or dinner. He also allowed me to customize my pasta to make it less boring and informed me which ingredients and sauces were gf.
