Traditional Vietnamese food. All their Pho is gluten free. Owner is very knowledgeable. They also have Mei-fun gluten free, but you have to ask them not to add soy sauce. The owner will allow you to keep your own gluten-free soy sauce there permanently. We have had many delicious meals here and never a problem.
