Apparently they don't believe that cross contamination is a thing. Every time we try to explain and ask to change gloves and clean the area of the station off, we're just told what we ordered is gluten free.

They were clearly not very used to making modifications for GF clients, and the waitress didn’t seem too understanding about it either. The sushi was a bit bland, honestly. Since they didn’t really understand my requests. But at least it was certainly GF because it literally only had fish and white rice (avoid the sushi rice, not GF here). They have GF soy sauce

A popular sushi spot in Mt Lebanon, they do have gluten free soy sauce and a new waitress knew to tell me not to get tempura.
