Good food. They will substitute with steamed rice, and the owner made my chicken and veggie dish specifically, without the seasoning and salt so that it was GF. They do have a GF soy sauce, I just opted out of sauces in general.

You do have to ask to sub or make items GF. They are very gracious about it.

I went there hoping to eat some sushi. I know what I can eat and not with sushi. I did ask for gluten-free menu and they didn’t have one. She said they had gf soy sauce. I ended up ordering sushi and side salad no croutons. She brought me the salad with lettuce, half tomato and cucumber and said oh our house dressing has gluten so I just brought you salad. Ok no oil and vinegar? Nope. She brings sushi and says we are out of gf soy sauce. Bummer won’t be going back.
