All of their fried items are coated in a gluten-free flour and they have a dedicated fryer. I tested five items with my Nima and they all came back as gluten-free. The owner has two sisters with Celiac, so he's very knowledgeable about the gluten-free diet. They serve antibiotic/hormone free beef and chicken and source from local vendors.
