I went during an off peak time and when I got there they cleaned the kitchen for me when I informed them of my celiac. The waitress then confirmed what items from the menu could be prepared safely.

Then as they delivered each item. They made sure to reassure me that it had been prepared carefully without cross contamination.

It was an amazing dining experience and I will definitely be back.
