They have extensive knowledge on celiac and gluten free. They have separate kitchens and do all the right things. I frequent their mobile truck at our farmers market and have always been pleased!

Awesome GF options. Family has Daughter with Celiacs. My go to for baked goods. Baked goods are made separate from GF options. They have prepared mea)s, biscuits and other GF goods

We have ordered multiple times from this great bakery both gluten free and dairy free. Without a doubt they make some of the best gluten free options and dairy free options we’ve ever had! I highly recommend them! It is a very clean and nice atmosphere. The owners are very nice people and take great care in preparation of all their options!!

From the owner
We have a dedicated production area in our commercial kitchen. There is a dedicated mixer, measuring spoons and cups, sugar and flour bins labeled with dedicated scoops. We use Bobs Red Mill Flour, psyllium husk, fresh eggs, heavy cream, real AA Butter, fresh fruit and vegetables, and absolutely No Preservatives or Artificial ingredients. We are extremely cautious when it comes to gluten free preparations because our our daughter. We fully understand the cross contamination, precautions necessary and equipment needed to offer a safe product to our gluten sensitive and celiac customers. Don’t settle for preservative loaded grocery store options when Lizzie Bobs Bakery can make you gluten free products that you want to eat and taste great! We also offer freezer meals year round , with more options coming soon! Plus, Lizzie can make you a Gluten Free Birthday Cake, 8 inch Cheesecake, or 9 inch PIE!

There were lots of yummy looking gluten-free items, but nothing available when walking in that is dairy free. Bob did give me the website and phone number to call to special order dairy free.

I just had my first cake pop in forever! Their daughter has celiac so they fully understand the need for gluten free options and strict processes when cooking and baking. Great option in the area for custom baked goods as well!
