The menu has specific items, Appetizers, Main Dishes, and Deserts listed as GF. The food and service is outstanding but it is a small restaurant and you must have reservations as there are only ten tables and no parties above five. My wife and I shared the Octopus appetizer and she had the Mar Y Tierra (surf & turf) and I had the Patarashca (Grouper wrapped in plantain leaves. We split the Sacred Valley (Quillabamba cacao mousse). A bit pricy but well worth it for a special occasion.
