They use the same toaster for GF and regular bread. they said they clean the toaster before adding the GF bread, but didn’t feel comfortable enough as someone with celiac and did not end up eating anything.

They already had great reviews, which is why I assure there. And they DID understand celiac and cross contamination! I had the "Boss" Lobster roll with extra meat, and it was awesome! My first Lobster roll in over 15 years! I am a happy human!

They do offer a gluten free bun.. it tastes like an actual bun. All sides are gluten-free. The counter staff was very conscious on gluten-free.

GF lobster rolls totally delicious as mentioned on other reviews. Walk-up counter place, very busy and couple blocks off main drag Orange Ave but so worth it!

GF lobster rolls! Absolutely delicious. I have never had a lobster roll before so this was a real treat. 3 in our party with Celiac. Very sensitive to gluten and all were fine.

We had a mixed order which always makes me a little nervous. I told them I had a gluten allergy and they had protocols in place for that. They brought them out separately and said it was for a gluten allergy when delivering it to the table. The gluten free roll is great, the lobster is super fresh and lightly seasoned. Coleslaw is also gluten free! Would 100% recommend

The gluten free bread was delicious and so was the lobster. The roll was a gluten free hotdog bun, but buttered and warmed nicely. The lobster was delicious, cooked well and not fishy. So I cannot rate this establishment too lowly.
My lower rating comes from 2 things. 1: I understand lobster is obviously expensive, I’m just not sure it was was worth my $15 with no sides or drink and with very casual seating. 2: It was my first Maine lobster roll, so I may be uneducated on this dish, but it was strange to me to have hot bread and cold lobster. Almost too lightly dressed for my taste in a sandwich.
These two things would make me think twice about visiting again. Though with gluten free limitations I may visit again. So how much are you craving seafood and a sandwich? This may be just the dish for you!
Delicious!! They had Udis rolls and was very knowledgeable about how to prepare correctly. We have a Nima gluten tester and sandwich tested gluten free! Yummy!!

I got the crab roll on gf bun with chips and drink and a scoop of soup. All tasted good and so far no illness symptoms. Four stars because it was pricey for the amount of food we got. $2 extra for the gf bun. Be specific about celiac and washing hands and not using grill or panini press

Lobster roll is amazing!!! I asked if they could toast the gf roll separate from the others and they were very accommodating!
