Review of Local Flow Health Bar

Yummy smoothie bowl place. They offer gf granola- not an option for me cause I react to gf oats as well but ask them about the label for those to be safe if you go here. They do have spirulina\wheatgrass additions for smoothie bowls so ask them to use a sterilized or new blender for your smoothie. They are fairly nice and accomodating but not super educated about Celiacs or CC so politely spell out what you need. 3 stars because I think they are a bit overly expensive. Nice ambience though.
