I used to rate this place 3 stars for the quality of their gluten free bread. They’ve made changes over the years and it’s much better now, it tastes delicious and doesn’t fall apart the second you touch it. Unfortunately whatever their latest bread recipe is seems to bother my IBS so I can’t eat there like I used to, but I do believe it’s pretty safe for people with celiac.

Overall really good! We’ve been about 50 times and only had 1 or 2 issues related to my wife’s celiac and dairy allergy, but the staff is usually very knowledgeable and quick to correct any mistakes

I pretty much each here weekly and have never gotten sick! Alert them it’s celiac when ordering and they mark it on the order. The cashew queso is one of my favorites!

Amazing food, and very safe! This location (Kirby) had more GF options than some of the other locations, so be sure to check the specific location’s menu before you go.

Love Local! We come to Houston frequently and every time we’re in town, I have to stop by and get a BLT wrap. The GF wrap is really thick like a pita and it doesn’t fall apart like most gluten free wraps do. They have other great options but the BLT wrap is so good, I get it every time

I always tell them about my gluten allergy so they flag it for the chef. I tested the salmon poke salad I usually get with my Nima and it tested negative for gluten. They seem to be more well educated on the issue than average.

Great! Had the crunchy chicken (no crunch-has panko) with acorn squash and an orange. Chicken is delicious and it's a pretty hearty sandwich. Also have had smoked salmon as a wrap. Delicious! Chips are not GF, fried in same oil as wontons. They have GF bread (delish). Did ask them to put allergy alert and change gloves. They were very kind and made me comfortable!

Got take out on a visit to Houston. Had the vegan Caesar salad with chicken. It was nice to be able to have Caesar since I haven't had once since being df/gf. I also ordered a side of their homemade chips which are made in a safe fryer. Everything was great and no issues after!

I have eaten here both pre and post diagnosis. I thought the food was awesome before and I still do. There are limits on my choices now, but not so many that it feels deprived. My server said that they can modify most dishes to exclude gluten and dairy. Their bread isn't the same as the last reviews (2 years ago) that said it was rubbish. They have changed to a wrap. It was large enough that it was the equivalent of a generously-sized sandwich. I had the Avocado BLT this last time, and it was yummy.

As far as their protocol, the server asked if all of the dishes in our order were for celiac or not, then she specifically flagged the 2 that were. She was very knowledgeable about which dishes were not safe. It's the next day and I feel fine.

Pretty good. I had the winter harvest salad. When I first got it it tasted like there was no dressing so I got an extra side of dressing. All the ingredients tasted super fresh. I also ordered the lemongrass soup without the wontons. However they served me the soup with wontons and had to go back and re-order it. It was really good though. I loved the potato chips. The 7 layer Bar was gluten free and really good. I would go back because the food is good, but I wish the employees were more cautious when taking orders.

Delicious! They don't advertise gluten free on their menu, but you can ask them! They generally have gf bread & the cashier we had was super knowledgable of what I could & couldn't eat and how to alter products.
