This restaurant is laid out similar to a chipotle in that you can create your own salad or bowel and all the ingredients are visible in front of you. This makes it easier to ask for the right precautions taken. The woman who took my order wasn’t incredibly familiar with what was and wasn’t gluten free for the pasta bowls. She assured me that she would study up on that for the future because she typically works the salad part. The food was great and I didn’t get sick. Overall, a good experience!
