We had high hopes. I called and spoke with a staff member, she said they could take multiple precautions to reduce cross contamination, so we visited.

The counter employee was very thorough and took multiple steps with the kitchen, including new gloves, separate prep space, clean utensils, and new screens for the pizza. Unfortunately, the owner was dismissive and borderline rude in her disregard. She looked as is she would prefer that we just leave. And we certainly should have.

We ordered a salad and two small GF pizzas. Total was $75 dollars (WHAT?!), and about 3/4 of the way through the salad, my husband found a piece of crouton in the bottom of the salad. While the counter worker did everything she could for the pizza, the salad prep area is clearly not safe. They likely have croutons next to the veggies and cross contamination is likely.

Husband got glutened and is sick this morning, so there goes our weekends plans. We will not be going back for multiple reasons - owner apathy, insane price for what is clearly nothing more than an Udi's crust, unsafe kitchen.
