The staff was not knowledgeable about gluten or celiac disease at all. I ordered a salad that was marked gluten free and it came with croutons. I asked them to prepare me a new one, but suspect they just removed the croutons, because it didn’t take long at all for me to get the replacement salad. Half way into my meal, we had to leave because I was so sick.
