Upon arrival, I was impressed with the gluten-free menu. However, when our food was served, there was toast on my sister's plate. After explaining that she needed an entire new plate because of Celiac Disease, the waitress took the plate to the kitchen within my line of sight, removed the toast, rearranged the food, and brought it back to the table. After explaining AGAIN that we needed an entire new plate, it was made correctly. When asking to speak with a manager, the waitress who had removed the toast said that she was the manager. All of that to say, the staff as well as the management do not understand the importance of cross-contamination. I would not eat here again.
