Excellent food, clearly marked options and will clean the grill upon request for those with allergies. Service, however, was very chaotic - two orders came out wrong, the other was lost. Remade food arrived 1 hour after ordering with little to no apology. Great potential, and pretty safe, if you have time to wait.

They have stars next to the gluten free items on their menu board. I had the steak salad fajita style. It amazingly perfect. The veggies were fresh and the steak was tender and not chewy. The owner was very careful to keep things clean and away from gluten. She explained that corn chips were not safe because they share a frier with gluten. They gave me hard corn taco shells instead and with that and the rice I didn’t leave hungry.

There were measures taken to prevent cross-contamination! I am a waitress here and the chef is very personable and more then willing to make accommodations upon request. She will do a glove change and wipe down surfaces if needed. I order soft corn tacos. All meats and toppings are celiac and gf safe!

As a celiac, I am always weary trying new places. However, the food and staff here were phenomenal and I felt very safe eating. They clearly mark on the menu what is gluten free. The nachos were amazing and they made sure to let me know of all the precautions they took to prevent cross contamination. I would recommend this to anyone, celiac or not!

The owner is gluten intolerant. There is a separate prep area if you’re gluten sensitive, just let them know. I’ve eaten there twice now. The food is delicious, the service is excellent, the portions and pricing are good, and best of all, no worries about getting sick. Celiacs like myself can eat there safely!
