The chef in the food truck was incredibly helpful! I got the BBQ Pork sandwich. The chef substituted the bread with a GF roll that tasted great and was perfectly toasted. He makes all the BBQ sauces and mayo himself and assured me that they were GF. He also told me he makes a separate batch of GF wings that are celiac safe. They’re not always available, but he said to always ask. The bar only has beer on tap, but they do have wine available.
