They have gluten free buns for the burgers. The vegan burgers come with gluten free buns, though they were out of vegan burgers when I went. When I asked what else was available they suggested a regular burger on a gf bun and suggested some add-ons. I opted for just a cheeseburger. I am gluten intolerant, not a celiac, so I didn't ask about cross contamination but the burger was good and the bun was tasty.
