Photocopy GF MENU and several entrees. BBQ 1/2 rack baby back ribs, waitress checked if sauce is GF. large sweet potato with cinnamon sugar and slab butter. Skewer of grilled vegetables: onion. Tomato. Zucchini. Mushroom. No side effects noted within 1 hour. Price similar to other local chain restaurants. Grill has a separate section to cook allergen free foods. Peanuts and rolls on table.

Gluten free menu was readily available at the hostess desk and our server was great. She went to great pains to make sure that my husband's meal was as gluten free as possible. She even asked whether she should bring any bread out for me (I wasn't eating gluten free). Great restaurant, with a specific menu of gluten free items, with lots of choices. The food was excellent here, at a noon meal on a Sunday....pleasant and very helpful staff that were knowledgeable about gluten free eating. Very clean and cheerful restaurant. We would definitely go back if we are in this area again. $$

We stopped for lunch at this Logan's Roadhouse, as we were traveling through the area, on a Saturday. We asked for their gluten free menu as soon as the seating hostess greeted us and were promptly handed one, that was readily available at the hostess desk. The pleasant, young server said that she was not familiar with the gluten free menu but after we placed our order, she came back to tell us that the baked sweet potato that we had ordered, could not be served with butter, as they only had margarine....and that could not be included with their gluten free items. She let us decide if we wanted the margarine or not. Logan's did seem "aware" of gluten sensitivities and did try to provide us with accurate information regarding their menu. There was a nice selection on their menu and everyone was pleasant and helpful that we encountered. The food was very good and the only reason that I didn't give them 5 stars was due to the fact that I felt that the probability for cross contamination was quite high. Price $$

This place does not have gluten free. I spoke to the manager who informed me that he could help me because some dishes only had small amounts of gluten. A small amount does not work for me. They should be taken off of the gluten free list.

True gluten-free is without ALL grains including rice, corn etc. Logan's actually recognize that rice is part of gluten-free menu so I am amazed that there is 1 chain restaurant that is up to speed with gluten facts. Asked for gluten free menu and apparently was an inconvenience to waitress as she rolled her eyes. It was out of date by almost 2 years and I asked if they could check for an updated list. While waiting for any information, the waitress then tried to bring us rolls - which we sent back explaining the severity of the allergy. Manager came out almost 15 minutes later and slapped it down on the table and snapped, "Here, what do you want off this?" Needless to say, we didn't stay and can't tell you about the food at the location.

The managers will print out a list of items u can have or with modifications to items u already like. If u have more than just gluten allergies like me you might have more than one list. Most of their seasonings etc are all gluten free. Very nice to get a steak for a change out. No reactions.

I see a lot of mixed reviews...seems even though it is a chain they may not be all trained correctly or have managers /owners who haven chosen to serve gf. So any situation just ask questions and don't be afraid to walk out of a restaurant. I would rather walk out then risk my health.

Seemed knowledgable telling me my ribs would be prepared differently since they had to be GF. When my plate came out with mashed potatoes and (gluten) gravy (I didn't order that, I ordered mushrooms) he took the plate back and said they'd reheat the meat on the grill. I had to explain that the gravy touched the meat so I had to have everything cooked fresh. They were accommodating and polite, it's just frustrating to have people only half understand gluten & cross-contamination!

last time I was there, they did not have a dedicated gf menu. They are predominantly a steak house, so a paleo diet works well here. They serve peanuts at the table, so anyone sensitive to nuts should avoid the whole restaurant. I have not experienced any ill effects after eating here. Staff is very friendly and worked with me on my special dietary needs!

My husband and I took my parents to Logan's Roadhouse for dinner. The hostess, waiter and manager all had no idea what gluten was or that they had a gluten free menu (at that point we should have left!). When my food finally came out (well after everyone elses) it was completely unseasoned, way overcooked and the biggest waste of $14 ever. We will not be going back.

Dave was great helping us with the gluten free menu. The assistant manager was useless. He spent his time walking back and forth between the kitchen and hostesses. He couldn't answer a question about the menu. The floor was gross and slippery. The new 'big cheese' appetizer needed salt.
