This sandwich was A-mazing! There was not gf marked on the menu, but oer previous reviews, I wantednto.check it out. I asked for gf and they said yes, asked my reasoning. I said celiac and she said ok, we will change gloves and not cross contaminate prep. If it wouls have been preference I assume prep wouls have been different. The chef cooked and gave it to mw personally wince he eas in clean gloves and didn't want to hand it to anyone else. I had the reuben and it was amazing. My husband has the rancher, non gf, but available as gf, so picture will show his bread, although not much different looking! So good!!!!

This is by far the best deli I have been to. I go here at least once a week! Their gluten free sandwiches are delicious!

Make sure you have them note Celiac on your order not just “gluten free”. I almost ended up with a cross contaminated sandwich as they had a new cashier who didn’t know to write Celiac.

Good gluten free bread and very yummy, fresh ingredients and high quality Boar’s Heads meats (all GF).

They were super careful with my sandwich, prepared it on a separate cutting board away from the regular prep area. Ate here twice during my visit to see family and highly recommend.

Staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and caring! Took my celiac seriously and made me a fantastic sandwich! They use Boars Head meat and cheese which is all gluten free, and the bread they use is so good! (I normally won’t even eat GF bread untoasted but this was great!!) They had plenty of options and were very friendly.

Update: I went back a week later and found out I can order hot sandwiches too! They lay foil down on the cooking surface so the bread doesn’t get contaminated. Loved the sandwich I had today too!

Any sandwich on GF bread. Best sandwich ever. I get mine grilled. They use Canyon Bakehouse bread. Super good!
