It is one of the best GF pizzas I’ve ever had. Like any pizza place, cross contamination cannot be guaranteed, although they do try to prevent it where they can. They cut with a GF knife and use pans when putting into the oven and on the work surface. I have never personally reacted, but I am not confirmed celiac. Their fryer cross has contamination for those that cannot handle that. The bbq sauce (regular & Hawaiian) have gluten. The salads are yummy and can be modified, but again, they do not guarantee no cross contamination since they are not dedicated GF and as a pizza place have lots of flour in the kitchen.
The only drinks I would imagine have gluten with be something with an oat syrup or vodka based from potatoes? Otherwise I’d say everything else is good to drink!
