Probably not safe for celiac or those who can't do cross contamination, but for those who can there are so many options! Be careful as some tacos (and all chips) are fried in a shared fryer. Servers tend to know what is safe but mine also double checked with the kitchen.

Definitely not safe for those with Celiac. Went with friends based on the previous review. Waitress said they can't make anything completely gluten free, as everything is prepared on the same surface as flour-containing food. She said that the only thing the chef felt comfortable offering me was a bowl of guac - chips were not even safe. While the waitress said this, it was contradictory to what the host said as he was seating us. Was very disappointed.

Okay seriously I eat here like 3 times a week it's absurd. The corn is to die for it's SO good. The tortillas are all corn - but be REALLY careful about the Dallas spicy beef, (not only because it's so spicy!) they normally fry the tortilla in the same oil as everything else, so make sure you don't get yours fried. Chips are fried in same oil. They play really LOUD, so LOUD heavy metal music during peak hours which is pretty weird and can make eating there a little unpleasant. But the carnitas, rice and beans, spicy beef, ceviche, and CORN are SO good. Enjoy :)
