Best wings in town! No dedicated fryer but I asked the owner and she said they keep their oil very clean. This must be true because I eat wings here very often and have never gotten glutened. I can usually tell almost immediately if a fryer isn't dedicated. They also have Angry Orchard Rose and a couple other gluten free beverages.
