separate menu... includes: salads, main dishes, sides and dessert.
I had visit the restaurant few times a month. The waitress staff give you the impression that they don't care about the Gluten Free menu! They need more training on the particular. Last time I went there 7/6/14 I got sick!!!
Smelly and dirty. Were not very helpful, watress looked like she dkept in her clothes and at the end I killed a roach. Don't stop there
Our servers here are always on the ball. They listen and pay attention. Found out that their prime ribs are marinated in soy sauce, so it is not an option. No real salad dressing options so I always bring my own in a little container. One place locally we know we can go have a nice steak dinner.
I have Celiacs Disease and eating out is nearly impossible. Much to my surprise LongHorn has a Gluten Free menu and they have such great GF practice in their kitchen that I've never gotten sick. Tonight we did take away for the first time and the steak was less than appetizing so I called (which I almost never do) and I was created by a friendly and VERY helpful Manager that took are of my steak by offering a replacement and a new side (which I said wasn't necessary) AND offered me an appetizer or dessert for the inconvenience. I was limited to Gf choices so I opted for a molten lava cake for my husband (lucky guy!) and she was very happy to help. I am so happy to see they have AMAZING customer service and great Gluten Free practice. It's nice knowing I have a safe place to eat!
Knowledgeable about food intolerances and have a separate section for cooking. Service hasn't been great - slow to get a server or rushed out but overall, they take care of the important stuff
This is a well-known national chain that has a GF menu. While its GF listings are not always kept current with the latest menu changes, it is one chain that even includes its specials (such as its low-cal healthy entrées) on its GF lists. It also lists salad dressings and other details to make sure the GF diner is safe, and the servers have been instructed to note "allergy" on the order so that it gets special attention.
great food. . variety menu for gLuten free
Longhorn has a great GF menu to choose from.
Casual dining atmosphere with a Western motif. I was happy to be given a GF menu immediately when I asked. On the menu are also directions on how to ask to have certain foods prepared to avoid contamination. I decided on a Seasonal menu item that wasn't on the Gluten Free Menu. Cobb Salad doesn't normally have Gluten but the staff was extra helpful in finding out if the dressing was ok and offered me substitutions. They also tossed it in a separate bowl for me. My husband did complain that it seemed a little pricy. My salad was less then $6 and was supposed to be entree sized. While we waited for our food the manager gave me an ingredient list for the salad and we decided to leave the BBQ corn mix off as he wasn't sure if it was GF.The Cobb salad was yummy and my husband and daughter both liked their food too. For dessert I was able to get vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce on it.The only thing I had to complain about was price.
Great place great food.
Pretty substantial GF menu, even have some under 500 calorie options. Flo's filet and sweet potato with butter cinnamon and sugar are god's gift to earth. Delicious!
