Their gluten free options are marked in their online menu but not on the paper menus; you can get an allergen list that shows which can be made without gluten. I had a steak with asparagus and a chopped salad with vinaigrette. I told the server “gluten allergy” and my salad came out without the croutons that were on the salads of my gluten-eating companions, so at least they were paying attention.
The food was fine, what you would expect from a chain steakhouse.
