Very good about my gluten allergy. Salad was tossed in separate bowl. She was very good. My steak was actually cooked on different area. Very safe.

I have Celiacs Disease and eating out is nearly impossible. Much to my surprise LongHorn has a Gluten Free menu and they have such great GF practice in their kitchen that I've never gotten sick. Tonight we did take away for the first time and the steak was less than appetizing so I called (which I almost never do) and I was created by a friendly and VERY helpful Manager that took are of my steak by offering a replacement and a new side (which I said wasn't necessary) AND offered me an appetizer or dessert for the inconvenience. I was limited to Gf choices so I opted for a molten lava cake for my husband (lucky guy!) and she was very happy to help. I am so happy to see they have AMAZING customer service and great Gluten Free practice. It's nice knowing I have a safe place to eat!
Update: they have a gf menu but if you look carefully you can find some safe foods but the cross contamination risk is extremely high and the manager didn’t really seem to have any interest in listen to me. I ate a plain small side salad.

They had a separate gluten free menu, but some shared equipment in the back. Lots of options and for less than 20 dollars. I got shrimp and it was SUPERB
