The staff seemed like they understood. The menu listed gf items but I am definitely sick from eating there. I believe it is cross contamination.

I give this restaurant zero stars. I have celiacs and can not have any cross contamination. The server was unsure about the fryer. 2 servers gave 2 opinions about whether there was a dedicated fryer or not. I decided on the the GF quesadilla and fries! When the food was delivered and we clarified GF, he said yes. Unfortunately for me I ended up in the emergency room after being sick for several hours and severe dehydration form eating what was clearly gluten containing food. This restaurant is not dedicated to keeping Celiac people safe and they are dishonest about their process for food food preparation and do not educate their servers. Don’t go here!!!

We came here after being at Children's Hospital for an appointment for our child and we were all very hungry. I am extremely sensitive to gluten and cannot have any cross contamination, so I quickly read the reviews and they seemed favorable. As soon as we sat down, I had a bad feeling about the place. The menu is marked with two gluten free options and then above the sandwiches/burgers, it says there is gluten free bread available but it does not specify if the actual sandwiches are gluten free. When our server came over, she did not seem interested in anything related to serving us, but especially could have cared less about my questions or concerns regarding gluten free options. She didn't seem to really know but told me that the 2 salads were the only fully gluten free items. I promptly decided I would just wait until I got home to eat because I did not trust the restaurant at all anymore. I was disappointed not only because they didn't have anything I could eat, but what bothered me most was the way the server acted as if I was a bother like I was "choosing" to eat gluten free. We had just come from a difficult appointment at children's and we didn't need to be treated this way.

Ate here the whole time my son was being treated at BCH (two trips). I have celiac and am very sensitive. Never felt sick. Dedicated fryer so I could enjoy the fries! My favorite is the buffalo lunch wrap. They are very helpful.

Came here after my (celiac) daughter's appointment at Children's Hospital with her GI. As soon as we sat down the server brought over the bread basket, but quickly removed it as soon as I said "celiac". He took the time to answer my questions about cross contact and checked with the kitchen on a few things. He alerted us that the gf pasta would take about 20 min (longer than normal), presumably because of the extra time it takes to boil clean water (which he also stated that they do). Excellent service and my daughter loved her pasta! My kale salad was delicious, too!

Edit: the bill just came and my daughter's meal was free because kids eat free!

Menu was quite small for gf options. Wasn't too impressed. I told my server I had a gluten allergy(celiac but I find it's easier to just say allergy) and she said ok no problem. I ordered the gf chicken quesadilla and gf French onion soup. Our server changed right after I placed my order and the new server seemed as if I was an inconvenience to her when I asked when she brought out my food if it was gluten free, almost questionably.Service wasn't great, long wait although there was only three tables being used. Once I left I knew something wasn't sitting right. I got back to my hotel and have been extremely sick since. Worst glutening in years. Not sure where they went wrong or if it was just cross contamination. But either way wouldn't recommend it.

Delicious food! My husband got onion soup, a steak and cheese sandwich with fries, and creme brulee. I had quesidillas, a balsamic chicken sandwich with fries, and a brownie. All of it was delicious and all of it was gluten. The service was great and we enjoyed the ambiance.
