They can substitute any pasta dish from the menu with gluten free penne noodles. I had the ‘spaghetti with beef bologneese’ but with gf noodles. Ask them to cook it in separate water and use separate utensils. Taste: 4/5. Service: 5/5. Knowledge of gf: 4/5. Options: many. Cross contamination: medium (they seemed to control it the best they could by cooking it in fresh water and a separate pan).
