Although most of the staff were not knowledgeable about gluten-free, they were still helpful and directed any questions to the kitchen staff, who did know about what they offer gluten-free. The complimentary chips and salsa they offer are gluten-free; however, the chips are fried in the same fryer, so cross-contamination is likely, so avoid if you have an allergy/celiac/serious sensitivity. They offer numerous food options they can make gluten-free with corn tortillas, but confirm with the waiter/waitress and kitchen what you order can be made gluten-free to avoid confusion. I do not think they have a dedicated area for gluten-free, so a risk for cross-contamination for the more cautious. I got the enchiladas with green sauce, and they were really good! Overall, the food was good with helpful service, and it is a local favorite. However, if you are a celiac or more sensitive to gluten, be aware of the cross-contamination risks if you plan on eating there.
