Review of Los Cabos

The last time I ate here, I specifically asked for the the gf menu, told the server I'm gf and that it's an allergy and was assured that she'd make sure my food was safe bc she's gf as well. When my food arrived, I took a bite of the chicken enchiladas - when cutting into it for the second bite, I realized something was wrong and that I'd just eaten a flour tortilla. I called the server over to confirm and she turned white when she realized what she'd just served me. I didn't eat another bite, but it was too late. I ended up sick for several days as a result. I'll never eat there again.
