I was glutened very bad at this restaurant just now. The waitress was very dismissive about my allergy and it is clear this place is not safe for sensitive Celiacs. The chips are not fried in a dedicated fryer. I initially asked if the horchata was gluten free and she said no, even after I explained that gluten was barley, rye, and wheat because she said there was rice in it. I had the enchiladas mexicana and a horchata. It appears that most of the marked gluten free items (which quite a few are fried) on the menu are fried in a contaminated fryer.
