GF CHIPS!!! My mom (celiac), her cousin (not GF) and I (gluten sensitive) went here for a late lunch and it was delicious!!! When we ordered our waitress, Dallas,told us that almost everything could be made GF and that there was a dedicated fryer for the chips so there was no cross contamination. We found out that the owner, Kurt, made our enchiladas himself. He has a niece that's celiac and he understands the consequences of cross contamination. We are leaving Arizona tomorrow but we will definitely be back the next time that we come visit Joni!! Five stars for Los Somberos!!
