When asking what was gluten free, the staff were very unaware and not knowledgeable. When asking more specific questions about specific ingredients, they were able to answer more clearly. I was very nervous, but did not get sick and would say to exercise caution and make sure to ask questions about specific ingredients and preparation. (Does this use flour as a thickener, do all items share the same fryer, etc)

I have celiac disease and my favorite dish here is the Enchiladas Tapatias. Naturally gluten free (corn tortilla) and I’ve never had a reaction.
