Normal beer, but GLUTEN FREE. This brewery has added “Clarity Firm” to their beer to reduce the gluten to 1 part per million! I have Celiac and it was great! They just recommend to stay away from the Hazy beers, but the rest are fine to drink AND they taste like normal great beer. Definitely coming back! (They also have a food truck as well) Really impressed!
