I LOVE this place! AMAZING gluten free donuts! All of the baked goods are gluten free. I like that they have healthy options and their sweets are never over-the-top sweet. Their gluten free bread is delicious as well but it sounds like they toast it on a shared surface with gluten food, so ask for your bread not toasted if you’re sensitive. Keep in mind not all of their menu items are gluten free so make sure to specify. The oat milk they use is Kirkland brand which is not a gluten free oat milk unfortunately, but they do offer almond and other milk alternatives. Lots of vegetarian and vegan options as well. I visit every weekend and have never gotten sick or even been worried about getting sick.

I didn’t see any non vegan options. There were many gluten free options. I did not know toast came with my meal and the server brought gluten free toast without my having to ask, which was awesome. The only con was that my dish needed a pinch of salt. We will be back during our next trip!

Arrived a little before opening, they were a little late unlocking the door. Nice atmosphere, employee was vey friendly. I ordered the Primary Smoothie and The Breakfast Wrap (however since I am GF, employee explained the wrap had Gluten). Therefore, I opted for the GF bread.

Both of my options were very delicious! I am happy that I made the decision to walk the mile to come for breakfast this morning.

I will definitely be letting my other crew mates who come to Ogden, Utah know about this little cafe. Plus, if I ever get the chance to come back, I will definitely make a second stop in.

The Brussels sprouts plate is so good I usually don’t stray from it haha. They have delicious treats as well I love the raw snickers bar! Things are marked abs just let them know it’s for celiac

Gf sandwiches, salads, soups, baked goods. It's an open kitchen so you can watch them assemble your food! I totally trust them and have never had a reaction. They understand cross contamination and how to make yummy gluten free options.
