Unfortunately, despite the gluten free dish labeling on the menu, the kitchen currently do not separate fryers, do not have cross contamination protocols, and use soy sauce (unknown by kitchen if wheat containing) in dishes labeled gluten free.
The restaurant is delicious! But it is not safe for celiacs at this time.
