Definitely would give zero if I could. Ordered two GF pizzas. Got home and the order was wrong. I called to see if they could tell me if I got someone else's GF pizza. It was a complete debacle and they were definitely not willing to put in any effort. They told me the one pizza was PROBABLY correct because it had the same toppings so if it says GF on the box it is good. Neither said GF. Eat at your own risk. Terrible service and no cobfidence in them. I would suggest they try a little harder and improve their procedures. .

Always good pizza. Seated quickly but arrived at 4:30 on a Fri. Service was good at this location. Deep dish always takes 30min. GF crustless deep dish pan pizza is the best; crust is made of sausage, so we only add mushrooms, pepperoni and extra cheese. They now have GF-crust deep dish in a pan, so no cross contamination. The crust is good but tough on the edges (which used to be my fav part on the non-GF buttercrust). You can cut through the crust but the edges are hard. They have GF thin crust but since it’s finished in the oven with other non-gf items, there is cross contamination. Always have good choices here.

Literally so good. My only complaint is the edges are a bit hard but the flavor is amazing and it didn’t crumple so it’s a 10 in my book. I don’t love deep dish so I didn’t get it but I loved that I had the OPTION. I feel like that’s so rare. I would definitely come here again.

Gluten free options, yes. But the Chicago style gluten free deep dish pizza was mediocre at best. Toppings were delicious, however the crust was chewy and challenging to eat.

Cross contamination 😔 Flavor was delicious but GF crust was so hard you could hear it scrape my teeth and I got sick from a cross contamination

I’ve always loved deep dish pizza so when I got diagnosed with celiac I was worried I’d never be able to enjoy it again. Thankfully, I live right by a Lou Malnatis location and get their deep dish GF pizza all the time!! It is definitely the most authentic GF deep dish crust and I’ve personally never gotten sick from their pizza (I’ve ordered it a ton).

They have the thin and deep dish crusts made off site to help minimize the cross contact. But due to this they have limited sizes available. Also, just me personally, I don't care for thee flavor of their crusts.
