Starting on a positive note, our super friendly waitress told us that they take allergies very seriously and have a 3-step process. Any pasta can be made gluten free and I believe they may also have gf pizza. I wasn’t sick afterwards, which is definitely a win being celiac. But… it’s just not good. I don’t mean to be harsh but just leaving an honest review. I ordered the gf cacio e pepe & not to be dramatic, but it was gross. I would’ve left it at that and ate when I got home as I only took a few bites but was convinced by family & our waitress to get another meal. I ordered gf pasta with tomato sauce & I wish I didn’t as it wasn’t worth it (it wasn’t good). No one else was crazy about their dish either (not gf). It’s just mediocre Americanized Italian food. This is the place if you want a safe meal, but wouldn’t recommend if you want a good meal.
