GF buns but no dedicated fryer. No understanding of cross contamination with fryers. No GF desserts. It was the first Chicago style dog that I've had since diagnosis.

Tips
At Louie’s Char they take Gluten Free and Vegan very seriously. Separate tongs with color coding. The Gluten free buns are very good tasting

They have Gf buns for burgers and dogs. I asked about the Louie’s sauce and it is also Gf. The lady at the counter called the owner to confirm. I had the burger. They also offer Gf dessert. It was great!
