The specifically highlight that they can accommodate gluten free on their menu, but the accommodations are just removal of key ingredients from the nigiri. Leaving the meal looking sad and tasting bland compared to what my gluten eating husband got. I was really disappointed. It was also my birthday and they brought out a cheesecake that had flour in it, and looked sheepish when I asked.

The staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable about gluten-free protocols regarding the omakase, including cross-contamination. I felt incredibly safe, and the food was amazing!

Multiple establishments with gluten free options, some with better and wider options than other. Staff keep a list of what has gluten and what does not.
For lunch, the Love on the Go menu has some options (sushi, salad/grain bowls). Only one dressing is gluten free, the tofu-feta vinaigrette. The electronic ordering system is frustrating as it is required for ordering and does not list gf options and does not allow for notes to make dishes gluten free. You must tell a staff member directly.
