Ordered for Delivery. Online menu clearly marked as what was gluten free or not. Ordered a mix platter consisting of various Makis, Nigiris, Sashimis and and ordered an extra Tuna Temaki.
Good level of options as all Nigiri, Maki, Sashimi and Poke Bowl options are gluten free. Almost all deluxe Maki options and some of the temakis are GF. Probably easier to remember what dishes do contain Gluten.
Food was brilliant too.

They have a posted consumer advisory on the menu and on the walls. I told the server of the allergies that applied and they helped direct me on menu options. Nothing exclusive, but an option.
