The cashier wasn’t sure when I asked about gluten free options, so she asked another lady, and it sounded like, “I think the salads. And the rice bowls. The teriyaki sauce is gluten free.” I also know the bakery section has a gluten free brownie, but I haven’t tried it (I’ve heard from the Gluten Free Utah Facebook page that it’s good though). I was nervous that maybe the teriyaki sauce wasn’t actually gluten free since lots of people don’t know that soy sauce generally isn’t. I asked and make sure the Thai peanut sauce had no soy sauce. I ended up getting the shrimp rice bowl with Thai peanut sauce. They ended up bringing it out with noodles at first but quickly took it back for the rice bowl. The bowl was good, with shrimp, edamame, broccoli, squash, mushrooms, and either shaved celery or cabbage (couldn’t tell), of course served over rice. The sauce was good but maybe a bit spicy. I’d get it again, though. I also got a bag of Cheetos when I first got in line, just in case.
