This pizzeria offers gluten free pizza but it is NOT safe if you have celiac. When I asked about cc practices they assured me they switch cutters, gloves etc but the pizzas are all cooked on the same conveyor belt WITHOUT pans. I asked if the gluten free pizza could be baked on a pan they said they don’t make pizzas that way.

Were very happy to find this place in a tiny town! they have a "pizza bowl" - pizza ingredients in a bowl sans crust - which we didn't have, and a gf cauliflower crust pizza. very good. celiac son had no problems. waitress was super nice and very receptive to education about CC, using a clean cutter, etc.
