Soft serve tasted good, but absolutely no precautions for allergies or cc. Ingredients are sprinkled over ice cream above other containers of ingredients. Workers wear gloves but regularly grab brownies, cookies, Pocky’s, and other gluten items without changing gloves (which is normally fine BUT the worker palmed the whole inside of my cup when they grabbed it to fill it with soft serve). Feels like a real lack of training.
Little to no gf ingredients for on top of ice cream, I also wouldn’t chance it with all the cc. I got chocolate syrup, which seemed safe. Milkshake mixers are not cleaned between milkshakes. A lot if items have special names without explanation of what they are, so it’s hard to determine if they contain gluten. Plain soft serve seemed fine, but I’m too nervous to come back here.
