I called ahead & the staff was VERY helpful! They were able to identify many GF options! Some of the service while choosing our mealchoices was not on par & you'll want to ask ?'s about LouAnn meal choices/options, as we since we were visiting TX & did not understand any of the choices we were making we were charged too much even for our child (but due to our ignorance). There is some risk for possible cross contamination, but they were so helpful I felt they would even be willing to get you a fresh item if you expressed any concern. We did all enjoy our very large meals!

I’ve never been sick here. There is an allergen menu online. I had a variety of steamed veggies and rice with fish. They had several options in every every section... I left happy and fool. Food quality is a whole other thing but it’s been kind to me thus far in the gf department.

I am gluten free and just choose make my own salad which they make a huge salad. I get the gluten free vegetable plate and do fine with that. My daughter is Celiac and I would not take her here to eat due to possibility of cross contamination. I have done fine here so far with sticking to vegetable and the salad. Eat here at least once a week.

My wife is gluten free and has ordered things like tilapia and blackened chicken with green beans and squash and she has been very happy with it. The first couple of times we went she asked to talk to the manager before ordering and he just went down the buffet and told her what was gluten free and what was not. He seem to be very helpful and he understood what gf was. There are obviously probably cross contamination issues here but my wife is pretty sensitive and pretty picky about where we eat and for her to be okay with this place says a lot.
