For 2022, there is one stand near section 132 with GF options. Beer was gluten-removed. The wrap listed online wasn’t available but they did have an ancient grains stir fry bowl that was GF as is. It was the only food item so CC wasn’t an issue. Had club access and noticed GF bread and pasta on menus but we didn’t eat there so I do not know about CC
